XZ Premium - Display don´t turn on again

Hi,

I have since four weeks a little problem. If I get a call or I start a call, the display of my XZ shuts down (turn off) and don´t starts again. I can not quit a call or anything else. After two or three minutes after the call, I can push the powerbutton to turn it on again.

Any idea or hints, what I can do?

if you mean a foil on my display....yes, I have one installed. But this one is in use, since I have my Phone and not only since four weeks.

That's the first thing we suspect in such issues because it might be placed in a way that partially covers the proximity sensor near the front camera. So my first advice at this point is to remove the screen protector and test the phone without it. 

You can also restart your phone into safe mode, this way all the 3rd party apps installed will be disabled. If an app is causing this issue then it will disappear in the safe mode.

Hi,

I tested the sensors via the diagnostic, and they all work well......with the foli on the display. The funny thing is, after the test, it works now again, with foli.

I will see, how long this will work again.
