Bluetooth problems when playing music (laggs/glitchs)

I had just bought new xz premium, and faced with bluetooth problem when I try to listen to music from my Denon avr x3100w. After 1 minute of playing sound starts filling with glitches and artifacts, the same thing happens with B&W headphones. I also tried to connect to speakers other devices such as iPhone 7+,Samsung s7 edge and they worked fine.

How could I solve this problem?

I think we have to wait for Android 7.1.2

Nougat 7.0 and 7.1.1 are full of Bluetooth bugs... Winking_Face

Or Sony fixes it itself 😄

When you are using Bluetooth, are you near any microwave, tv set and such? Some of their signal may interfere with the BT radio signal. Also, how far are your phone from the headset you're using?

Distance between smartphone and receiver is about 3 meters (but I tried to put phone very close to my receiver and it didn't helped at all). In that room I have only desctop, speakers and air condition (sometimes laptop of my wife).

I had already tried to do hard reset, to off wifi connection and mobile internet connection and to off as much as possible gudgets and electronic appliances that uses 2.4Ghz connection and nothing had changed(((

try changing the LDAC playback quality to best effort if it is active. I had no issues with my phone when connecting to sony srs-xb20 even when the LDAC playback quality is set to quality preferred.
