Xzs 3g data connection issue

Hi, I bought xzs 3 weeks ago. Now i realized that 3g data connection is bad. (I don't have 4g plan)

Yesterday I replaced my vodafone italy sim with a new one, but i have same issue.

Xzs has 4 signal bar. When I'have three or four bar, Internet is ok and fast.

But when I've one or two bar internet is fully down.

My old phone samsung s4 go fine also with 0 or one bar of signal in same place.

I'm very disappointed, What I can do for fix this issue?

Have xzs, 3G only unlimited sim in Korea, works perfectly and super fast... Have you input the correct APN information? With Many services in certain countries, this is a must with Xperia.
