hello,
I recently spotted that the pictures I was taking were weird, like overexposed with a kind of glowy effect on light zones. Then I saw that the camera didnt look clean so I tried to clean it but theses marks remain. This is exactly the same issue as mentioned here: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Z3-Compact/Blemishes-on-Z3C-rear-lense/m-p/917113#M5327
Will it be covered under warranty? Is it my fault if this happened? If yes how can I prevent this for happening again? ty for answers.
Warranty varies per region/countries, just get them inspected, if they say that it's water damaged, request a vacuum test.
Btw, I sent the phone for a repair, guess what? Sony wants me to pay 170euros (LOL) for a "screen replacement" when I sent the phone for a LENSE PROBLEM!
Best joke ever. I knew I shouldn't trust this "support". My screen never had ANY problem on this phone. It had a screen protector on it.
Just wanted to share this.
