Same as above. The newer device should adapt to older ones.

By the way, many automotive producers deployed some patches after Nougat. I verified that very subject some days ago with my car dealer because I would like to upgrade to a newer phone or to Nougat on my Z5C.

Hi @Fatherof7, welcome to the community. I am sorry you're having this difficulty.

This is a known issue with Android 7.0. It effects multiple devices, not just Sony. Sony Mobile have released an update that corrects this issue so make sure you keep your phone up to date. Please note that software updates are a phased process and we cannot tell you when you will receive the update for your handset specifically.
