I noticed the Sony's update service where you should find the information about the software updates is not working:
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/
you can type imei and then I can see:
"Sorry, the information is currently not available. Please try again later."
Exactly! Sony puts out a new "flagship" but their own web site does not recognize it? Sony, where are you? THese are not cheap toys but necessary tools and we expect them to operate properly along with your web sites.
Sony.... are you listening?????
