Hotspot mode in 5G only

According to the LTE DS speed in XZP is up to 1Gbps, I hope system can support 5G only or 2.4G + 5G hotspot mode.

This should allow my other device can share from XZP and throughput can up to 500Mbps or more.

Asus ZF3D already support this feature.

Hi @bluepane, apologies for the late reply.

When sharing internet with the Xperia XZ Premium using a portable Wi-Fi hotspot, only 2,4 GHz is supported.

Yes, this is what I saw.

But will Sony improve this part.

There are too much 2.4G signal on the everywhere and speed is not quick enough.
