This is not really something we will be able to assist with as we have no connection to Soundcloud, but I can give you some basic troubleshooting that might help. If it does not work, you should get in touch with Soundcloud support.
1. Try logging in via a browser instead of the app and see if it makes a difference.
2. Clear the app data of Soundcloud. To do this:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Apps
- Tap on Soundcloud
- Tap on Storage
- Tap on Clear Data
- Restart your phone
