Sky go problems (sound but no video)

Is there any fixes for this or updates available as has sound but no picture?

you should probably contact the app's developer and let them know about the issue. it's more likely that they'll fix it.

What a coincidence! I actually work for Sky UK so happy to pass it to the right team  

I'll download the app and see if I have the same issue and if yes, I'll try to track down the right people in Sky Go development teams to escalate it
