Sending phone for repair to carphone warehouse

I just wanted to know, if i send my phone to carphone warehouse for repairs and the faults are covered by the warranty will still charge me?

if they're authorized by Sony to repair their devices, you shouldn't be charged. that said, I'm not sure if they are.

thanks for your reply.. just managed to find this on their website

in that case, if they decide that the repair is covered by your warranty, they shouldn't charge you for it as far as I can tell.

I recommend you contact your Local support team to confirm if they are authorised repair agents, just to be sure.
