XZ Bottom speaker not working

my sony xperia XZ phone:

i have heard sounds from my phone very low about 1-2 mounts

I have examined where the problem is   i found my bottom speaker was silent  

whan i use speakerphone on my calls      my phone is slint too   no voice come from my phone

sorry for my english but i am so bored with it...

i tried factroy setting and   sofware rpair tool from my computer but nothing changed...

If the software repair using Xperia Companion has not resolved the issue then I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.
