Screen display issues

Have a permanent line across top of display like a row of unused pixels. Also often, but not all the time, have a 'ghost' image of remains on screen when scrolling to a new part of the content, stays there. Finally, sometimes the display simply has noise like fuzzy bands running down the screen. Anyone else have this. Is there a fix or is my device simply broken?

this seems to be a hardware problem,. but lets make sure it isn;t caused by sofware

try to run Xperia Diagnostics. settings>about phone

boot to safe mode

try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

if the problems exists still. you have to send your device to your local service center Local support

I have ghosting on my new Xzs as well. Changed it for a new one, that has the same problem. So maybe it is very comon, but not everybody has noticed it yet...

Turns out to be a faulty screen. Amazon replaced without any quibbles. Thanks for responding.
