phone memory full

In Sony Xperia miro Phone memory has almost 800MB size. Most of applications i instaled in internel Storage only. But I am not able to move default apps into internal storage. When I update the default apps,the phone memory has full, then error message has occur insufficient space.

So please give a solution for this,otherwise how to uninstall some default apps from my phone,otherwise how to increase the phone memory.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

To uninstall apps, you go in to Settings > Apps > All and choose the ones you want to uninstall. All apps won't be possible to uninstall but some are. It is also not possible to expand the phone memory.
