Mobile Data does not work after upgrading to Android 6.0.1

I updated my Z2 to Android 6.0.1 after receiveing a notification for the upgrade. Now Wifi works fine but mobile data doesn't. No 4G, no 3G. Any idea?

Re-download the apn settings and report back

I could fix the issue by setting Plane mode on and off.
