Z3 🔋 not holding charge

Hi my Z3 battery is not holding charge.

Take it off charge in morning and by time get to work jumped down 20% by end of day around 7pm down to around 7%. Just charged it to 14% and within just a few mins writing this down to 4%
Also have what looks like a burn mark on screen by the sim and memory card ports.

Please can some assist

We'll need more info to better assist you

charge the phone 100% use it as you normally would then once the battery reaches 10%

settings > power management > battery > take screenshots of:

1. the list

2. tap on the graph and take a screenshot

3. back > tap on the top 4 items on the list > take a screenshot of each 

post them all here or upload the screenshots to box or dropbox or google drive or etc and post the link

OK charged to 100% and not long after that was at 81% when I get in from work so this is around 19:30 was at 4%

So had to plug it in to do this post

You forgot one important screenshot, tap on the graph and take a screenshot, as of right now, I see that the screen was on for more than 6 hours that's really good battery life, but do post the other screenshot, most likely your WiFi was on and perhaps the phone was active most of the time.

Ok the charge I put the phone on chage before bed, then off before i head off to work at 8am

My time i get on train it gone from 100% down to 80%, use in day Viber messges and some FB messanger

Leave work and phone is about 30%.

By time i get home its either flat or around 4%. sp in fact the battery is only lasting 12hours.

Hence when i did this shot was just put on chage at 4%

I have this mark on the screen and the phone gets really hot in my pocket
