WF-1000XM3 Charge doesn't last.

Hi, new here.....

My wireless headphones WF-1000XM3's only last for 2 hours of playback. Nothing like the 6 hours (with noise cancellation) or 8 hours (without) as stated on the product.

Does anyone else have the same issue? These are already the second set as the first had connectivity issues and it looks like these are going to have to go if I can't get it resolved.

Do you guys use the equalizer on Headphone Connect? it says in the Help Guide that it decreases battery life by about 45%
