I just can not power on. I have used New cells. It does not power on. 
I tried power adaptor DC IN 6V, it still does not power on. 

Can Some One Help me ?.

Hi,

Sounds like a technical defect to me. Maybe a broken DC in jack.

I would recommend to contact a repair centre.
