Can I mute ambient sound control announcement

Hi, I have both the WF & WH 1000 XM3s. Is there a way to mute the ambient sound control announcement as you cycle through the 3 modes (noise cancelling, ambient sound, ambient sound control off)?  I would much prefer just an acknowledgement beep.

Actually, Sony just pushed an update to the Headphones Connect app which seems to address that specifically.

Snippet from the update notes: "The notification sound of Adaptive Sound Control emitted when switching can be muted".
