webcam for VAIO and Handycam HELP !!!!!!

Hi all with more knowledge then me

I have two questions and i hope somebody can help me. If somebody has a solution you should explain me this very detailed step by step because i have not really idea about computer. they first thing is how i can get i the webcam working when i try to make a videocall in Messenger hotmail. Its always telling me that the camera is used by another program and i have to close this first, but i am noit using any other program ! The second thin is i guess more complicated. I have also a Sony Handcam Modell DCR TVR60E and i need to know if its possible to watch or burn videos from the Handycam to the VAIO.

Hi chantaldelacosta and welcome to Club Vaio.

Are you using McAfee Antivirus? If you are this is likely to be your first problem. You must update the McAfee software by double-clicking on the red square in the system tray and choosing to update all your McAfee software. You can then use Messenger.

For the second question, go to the Sony Suppor website for the DCR-TRV60E here: -

and follow the tutorials for uploading your movies to your computer.
