Hot keys for Vaio CR29XN

Hello!
I've been downgrading my Vaio back to Windows XP. Unfortunately, I could not find the needed Sony component to make the Fn touch to work.

Does anyone have experiences with this model? Also if you happen to know any utiliies of other Vaio model that might work with the CR29XN in Windows XP, please let me know.

I need the Fn touch to work because without it, I cannot adjust the screen brightness and it really hurt my eyes at night.
