Can not register this laptop think i put the wrong serial number 5 instead of 6 now unable to register ...anyone able to help

Hi Sandip01 and welcome.
I suggest that you contact Vaio Link via the Support tab at the top of this page. Select ‘Get in touch’, and click on the ‘Phone Support’ tab, enter the correct product code and serial number.
If that doesn’t work then report back and someone will escalate this for you.
Thanks Rich912--Tried contacting but unable to contact using phone support as you have suggested as goes into a loop and constantly asks for my serial number/model etc
Tried re-registering with correct serial number now...submitted new form yesterday but not sure this has worked....
It say its a 4 step process but not able to get past stage 2 and get confirmation--do you have to wait for e-mail?
Also now have registeres twice 2 different serial numbers although only diffrence is one number

I have sent you a PM, but in essence Vaio Link will carry out a registration reset.
I am not sure whether there is anything further required on your part but I have asked for clarification.
