I have recently brought the new nw series laptop and am very happy with it a part from one annoyance.
The laptop is constantly overheating and randomly turning of with no warning even when working on a hard flat surface as recommended. The problem only seems to occur in windows though and not while using splashtop, even the laptop feels just as warm.
Is there a way to aid in cooling the laptop down more efficiently? I have already tried raising the back, and this helped a little but not by much.
