Problems with webcam

Hi I am having trouble with my webcam on Msn. It says that the camera is being used by another program but i have no other programs running. Can anyone help? My model is the VGN-NS20E

Hi vania1 and welcome to Club Vaio.

I bet you are using McAfee Internet Security?

There is a fault where the Browser Assistant is continuously checking the camera. Thishas been fixed in the latest versions.

I believe all you need to do is to update to a newer version of McAfee software. Double-click on the red McAfee icon in the system tray and choose to update ALL the installed software.

I am using Mcfee, I have updated but it is still not working. Have you got any other suggestions?
