Wow, boring topic name. Couldn't think of anything better. First off sorry if these things have been mentioned before, I tried searching the forums using the workaround posted above but I wasn't very successful.
Anyway, there's a couple of things I'm trying to find out.
I'm using a vgn-ar61e laptop and looking at upgrading the RAM(currently 2gig), what's the max mhz frequency RAM my motherboard can take? What mobo is actually in my laptop? I've had ahunt but I can't find any info on what parts are actually in here and I'd rather not open it up to find out.
Also, I've just spotted that I have an HDMI port on the side of this comp. When I first got the lappy I removed the vista and installed XP Pro, so the drivers are... well kinda cobbled together. What do I need to have on the comp to make sure I can play video out on, say, my HD tv? Drivers and software wise.
Finally, I'm tempted to pick up a new battery, are there any recommended retailers?
Okay, that's it really, I'd appreciate any help that you can give me
Ben.
