Catmambo - that frankly is a joke and makes my £900 investment a real waste of money.  good to see Sony was forrward thinking and built a platform that could take updates...wait that must be Apple!

Does this apply to the Blu Ray home cinema systems too - is that another £550 investment wasted too?  This is a serious issue and I am seriously losing faith in your products and technology.

and how come the models in america bravia 720 series they have it ,they even have a special button on the remote which is netflix i can understand these things is avaible in one country and in another  one not

Netflix in the US use a different DRM (security) to the UK. They decided to use a newer DRM when they launched in the UK, which is not compatible with the 2011 series devices.
