Xperia arc s, unable to install or start phone software update components

I want to update my Xperia arc S to android 4.0 but Pc companion says unable to install or start phone software update components! would you please help me.

Sony didn't released 4.0.2 it was 4.0.3 for the ray, arc s and neo v, and 4.0.4 for all the 2011 Xperias but the Play
