Problem with my xperia pro ICS update (PC companion)

Hello, I want to upgrade my xperia pro mk16i to ics 4.0.4. The update is already in the PC companion but in step 2 that is preparing the computer before the end the step 2 the update's stops and get a message that says it is impossible to upgrade does not reach step 3. I need help please!! Thanks

One more question: if i update via flashtool the languaje of the phone will be spanish? and my operator in bolivia (tigo) will continue to work correctly?

your operator will work just fine, and you can select spanish

dont worry, everything will work fine. You can choose language anytime using settings.

I downloaded the europe keyboard layout but i didn't know what i will need download for Bolivia

In phone go to settings>security and check unknown sources.

Then go to developer options and check usb debugging then connect the device to computer and make sure PCC or flashtool not running in the background. It should install ADB Drivers for your device.

Now uncheck debugging and start the flashing process.
