my messages in vivaz are not sending, plz help

my messages are not sending, whenever i send messages, it goes to outbox and try to resend it after every 3 to 5 minutes but all in-vain.

if your SIM card it's old you might want to get it replaced, also double check it you have the correct APN settings

i also inserted other sim card, but problem is still there

i checked the sim service center number, it is correct, any other tip please....

Try cleaning the SIM contacts inside the phone and failing that,  try running the Update Service and/or a software repair with PC companion and see if that solves the problem:
