my messages in vivaz are not sending, plz help

my messages are not sending, whenever i send messages, it goes to outbox and try to resend it after every 3 to 5 minutes but all in-vain.

tell me 2 more things, can i use camera flash as torch? and can camera flash flickers at the time of capturing photo?
