xperia L:Error. Camera not Available.

When I try to use my camera app or any other app that uses camera it says that it is not available. Tried to backup and do the factory settings, didnt work. tried turning off and on many times, didnt work. Can someone please help me?

If factory settings reset did not help,try a software repair:

Do you have enough internal storage?

how about 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart your phone

forgot to mention that i already did software repair too. also that: settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart your phone. and yes i have a alot of internal storage free. None of this has worked.

I have visited sony service.
They said this will not covered under warranty.
Why should I pay for this.
There is no physical damage, no water damage so how could they ask me to pay INr 4600/-
