I've just bought a SMP-N100 and the 'easy set up' doesn't want to know, i've tried all the recommended steps -changing resolution (tried them all), I've tried switching off and on and disconnecting, still nothing. Yet everything else seems to work OK I can see and find my files thanks to Serviio (I have a Mac!) pity theres nothing in the instruction book about this! I can get i-player etc, BUT I still can't get that easy set-up to work and whilst the pic on my Panasonic 42" HD look reasonable I'm not convinced I'm getting the full HD I should get via the HDMI connection as photos look a bit fuzzy, any ideas?
Yes definitely use an HDMI cable - amazon have a pretty good range. Is your basic issue that the picture isn't clear? If you have it on the network and can browse your files, then you are pretty much there. Swapping out the cable should complete the job.
Thanks
