HI,
I have just bought a BDP-S380 blu-ray player (persuaded by the i-phone app media remote) but can't get it working.
I-phone is connected wirelessly to my bt home hub, the player is connected directly to the hub with a network cable and can download BBC i-player etc. Both devices are shown on my routers information page as being connected.
When i run the registration setup (on both devices) I get the error message "cant find unregistered device" or something like that.
Have tried resetting the player to factory default but still no luck. I can find lots of similar problems on the internet but no solutions.
