RDR-HXD770 DVD RECORDER

Hi all, since the switch over i have not been able to record many programmes as everyday my recorder needs re tunning. It wont hold the channels and when it does record its recording the wrong channel. We have two of these recorders and they are both doing the same thing. Dont understand why i have to re tune the recorder everyday. The tv is fine with all the channels.

Any help would be great.

Hi,

my guess is that you may need the latest firmware for this as explained in the link below which also is the firmware download page, i would suspect that once completed your channels will store correctly.
