How Future Proof is the Sony SMPN100B Media Player

Hi

I'm looking at buying the Sony SMPN100B media player. Pretty much interested in all it's features but manily the catchup TV services.

I am aware that at present I can only use C5 and BBC. I'm sure ITV and C4 will come on board soon but want to know if my SMPN100B will be able to use these services when they come online.

Checkout the SMP-N200 which was just announced yesterday at IFA. This product is based on the 2011 platform rather than the 2010 platform so features a web-browser.
