Ct-180 sound bar problems

Hello

My soundbar is playing up. I get a muted sound from the bass unit but NO sounds at all from speaker bar itself.  I've tried a system reset with no luck, and the optical cable seems ok (no damage, and red light visible).

Any ideas please

Hi there,

The first step in the troubleshooting process is a factory reset.

Once done, check to see if the cables are connected properly and then set it back up again. If this doesn't work, let us know.
