Recently ITV3 has disappeared from the EPG on my RDR-HXD870, although it is still possible to watch the channel. ITV3 info displays correctly on the EPG of my TV.
I have updated the firmware to v1.7 and checked for subsequent software updates.
I have reloaded all the channels by unplugging the aerial, updating channels, plugging aerial back in and updating again. Everything works perfectly except for the missing ITV3.
Has anyone got any suggestions as to what to do next?
