Registering a new product

I have been trying to register my new tv but find I can go no further than the make and model. I have a sound problem so need to register it. I have only had it 6 days. Can someone please help?

It's probably best to contact support about this as there have been some issues with registration that they are working on. You'll find them here.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I'm having exactly the same problem registering my new KD49XF9005. I can log in successfully, and enter the model name which is recognised with a green tick. However the remaining text boxes won't allow me to enter information about where/when purchased and so on. I've tried on a Mac, iPad and iPhone, all with the same result.
