KD-55XG8505 & Sony SA-ZF9000 7.1 sound bar

I have the Sony KD-55XE8596 linked to my Sony SA-XF9000 7.1 Dolby Atmos sound bar until 2 weeks ago was working fine and then I went to watch Amazon Prime film and it came up with a message about copy protection error and use correct lead and now the only way I watch Prime is linking the sound at via Bluetooth, I’ve swapped the leads around, I’ve swapped with different HDMI leads and it makes no difference. The tv is running latest update and the sound bar has been update to latest firmware as well. 

 

 Edit: Just checked and TV Model under help button says KD-55XG8505, Software Version PKG6.3598.0516EUA

I’ve had this pop up a few times too. I think it’s a bug within the app.

update doesn’t fix the issue. It’s seems to be when running through soundbar. No error running through tv speakers

Is there anyway to relay this back to Sony?

Not sure hopefully one of the mods can share some light on that. The only thing I haven’t tried yet is to see if there’s an update for the app itself. Do you know if you have the latest version of the app?
