Do you guys not know to which network your phone is branded to ?

See on the box of the phone and check what operator branding is present.

Put pictures of all sides of the box here on the forum in case you're not able to figure it out.

Ok, so that may be the company.

You need to contact Comtel. Find their numbers and tell them that your phone is sim locked. Only they can provide you with the unlock code.

Hi

Looks like your mobile is not supposed to be locked.

Did you flash the CDA number 1297-9122 MENA Arabic, Customized MEA using flashtool ?

If not then try it one last time and see if it works.

If it doesn't, then you will have to send your phone to service center or contact comtel.
