Good evening,
Is there a way to disable the "Reminder to close the covers"? If so, how ?
The reminder sometimes appears while I'm riding my motorcycle and TomTom Go Mobile is running. The navigation stops at that very moment. It's impossible to press the [OK] button to close the reminder, since I wear gloves while riding. I have to stop at a gas station or so to close the message. But also when using it in the car it would be quite annoying.
/edit: added screenprint
The same problem occurs in other situations, like when the message appears saying "The cable is connected but it's not charging", or something like it. Is there a way to disable that message as well, or at least send it to the back?
Thanks.

Problem solved:smileyhappy:
When the reminder comes up while I'm holding the phone in portrait, the 'do not show again' message is there!
So I checked it and my problem is hopefully solved.
So I think there is some kind of vertical alignment problem with the 'do not show again' message text.

Have you tried to disable the message when it is charging via either cable or dock? I mean hit the do not show again message.
There is no 'do not show again' option there.
Usually that message comes up when either cable or magnetic charger is being connected and disconnected. Strange.

1st time I've seen a warning like that but I use Co-pilot so I would suspect this is a warning triggered by TomTom
You should then contact the devs.
It often happens that due to the motorcycle engine's vibrations the charger disconnects for a split second and then comes back on. And then the message comes up. I think.
How do I get in contact with devs?
Btw thanks for your quick replies, I appreciate it!
