Hi everyone,
The drag down quick settings menu has disappeared from my Z3. Dragging down from the top with 2 fingers does not bring the menu down. Neither can I use the notifications at the top right to access the menu. However, I get to the sounds setting panel by using the volume button.
Tried this:
Settings > personalization > Quick settings
but I do not see Quick Settings option.
any suggestions pls? thank you

did the repair/factory reset and i can pull the notification bar when i open an app in the landscape mode. bummed. but could be worse.
i'll give it till the end of the week before sending it to the service center. before i did the repair, i turned the alerts on for whatsapp. when the texts came in locked screen, i couldnt unlock the phone coz it kept flickering. i had to press the camera button to activate camera mode, exit then go to the lock screen.
not sure if it is a case of this
thank you for all your help
@Nailz
I cldnt work it so I took it to the service center yesterday. the staff ran the diagnostic test and said the phone needed a LCD replacement.
Try this, Settings >> About Phone >> Diagnostics
