Not turn on

Hi guys, can someone please help my z3 plus will turn on for a few days then all of a sudden nothing it won't start,luckily there's no back on the phone at the moment so I just disconnect the battery then reconnect it and it boots up , but I would like a solution before sticking a new back on, cheers

hard to say what's wrong with it, why is the phone missing the back pannel? it could be due to that, perhaps narrowing down the issue might be the way to go, repair the phone with Xperia Companion and report back.
