So long story short, I own a Xperia Z5 and I took off the foil from my screen this morning and it was all sticky so I decided to wash it. Washed it normally under the running water. After some 20 minutes phone started vibrating and it has been vibrating for the past hour non-stop (also the phone shuted off before it started vibrating but my battery was low so i assume it is because of that). Is it posible that some of the water got into the phone somehow (and how)? I would take it to someone for a dissasembly but im not in my hometown and I dont know where can i take it here. So if anyone knows how to help please do.

Hi @Wuuut
So sorryo to know that and for a late replay!
I hope you didn´t charge your device after the water contact!
My recomendation, and since this a global forum, to contact your local suppor team! They can help you in that matter and to tell you where is the nearest Sony Center!
Let me know how it goes!

Ty for your reply,
I also figured I shouldnt charge it in case it is water inside it.
I just left my phone to dry out since i saw some water drops in the camera. And after like 3 days i charged it and turned it on and it works fine. I was just unsure how the water got into it since its supposed to be waterproof and i had it under water before without water going in. Well im just happy the phone is working.
