Can't delete NON EXISTING app?!

I have an app on my phone that can't be deleted and it says that this app is on my old SD card. But how do I delete it?

How can it be on your SD card that isn't in your device? What app is it if I may ask? 3rd party I suppose?

It's on my OLD SD card. There's no name on the app and I can't open it. When I try to open the app it says that this app is on my old SD card and that I can't open it. There is no name on the app or an image

Now I see,this has been reported before. This occured for apps moved to SD unfortunately.

Back up sd card files to pc. Format sd card. Problem solved

I I fid that thing with Xperia-Home setting and everything is fixed now!
