I've been looking through the reported problems on this subject, but so far they haven't fitted my problem and the suggested sullotions have not worked.
I've turned the automatic rotation on and off several times, I've restarted the phone both regularly and in safe mood and I've also done the diagnostics (which didn't show any problems, by the way).
I have a Z5 Premium that's just passed two years old (naturally).
The screen doesn't turn any more when I play games or I'm on Google Chrome, which is very frustrating.
Please help me!!!
