XZ not turning on

Hey All. I finally did it. I dropped my xz and it won't turn on. Pressing power and volume up at the same time does nothing. Plugging it in does not turn the led on. I'm guessing the drop loosened the hardware, but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions before I turn it over to a repair guy. Thanks!

Hi @nalacamg, welcome to the community. I am very sorry to hear about this

It does indeed sound like a hardware issue. The only thing I can suggest before you take it to your Local support team for a repair assessment is to run a software repair using Xperia Companion. If it is for what ever reason software related, that should fix it.
