I had to repair my phone and made a backup before.
Now i can't get the backup because they reset it to android 9, but the backup was on V 10.
Now it seems updates to v 10 doesn't exist anymore because of major problems. I didn't have software issues and i need to update.
Where i can get android 10?
Did you try Xperia Companion software repair as well?
It bumps you up to the latest software version for your region.
