Video playback quality is bad

Hello.  I buy new phone 2 days ago.  I love it, but the video is bad.  And I don't know what to do.  Should I go and change it or it something I can fix by myself? If you look at picture you see green light, and it like this in every video 

And also send you screen with information about my phone

Looks like a decoding issue.

What file properties and what app for playback?

I use Mx player, and even video from Instagram look like this.

I haven't encountered this particular issue, however I did ended up having to download a third party app... because the included Video app is not able to handle files in MKV containers... they play but stutter all the way... like reproducing at 10 fps.

Please Sony, get ask your team to fix the Video Player because it is very good for the most part.
