I noticed that there is some rattle like there is something loose inside the phone when it vibrates on keyboard typing. Has anyone else experience this?

That doesn't sound as bad as I thought it would. It doesn't seem like cause for concern to me, but it does sound like the vibration motor is slightly loose.
Hi @Xevious,
I am sorry to hear about this. I have not personally noticed anything like this, but if something seems like it is loose in your phone the best thing to do would be to contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.

I have uploaded an audio clip of how it sounds when I am typing on my phone keyboard with vibrate feedback. You can hear there is a sound like a loose spring/metallic part that is rattling. I don't think this is normal. Can anyone compare their vibrate sound to mine and see if they have this same sound sound?

Okay, so the vibration motor is definitely loose. I know it is not at all interfering with functioning of the phone, but it is a huge annoyance for me and does hinder the enjoyment of using the phone :smileysad:. You can really hear it evidently in a quiet room when typing on the keyboard.
I will be returning this phone to Amazon and have ordered a new one, hopefully it does not have the same issue.
Thank you for the help.
I have the same problem. It just started last night for no apparent reason. Any vibrate feature I have turned on, does this. It did not do this when I first got the phone.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately it's happening to me again as well, but to a slightly lesser degree than my first XZ. It seems like enabling vibration on typing makes the motor work more so it becomes more prone to something getting loose...
