Starts up really slow and then shuts down, but doesn't charge properly either

Trouble when starting up xzp, it's dead laggy and then shuts down when pin is needed to start phone and doesn't charge at all even though the charging symbol is shown when it shuts down. Any ideas? If not goes through a chop saw in the morning Haha

Hi @Mancat28, welcome to the community.

It could be a number of things.

Please test your phone in safe mode and see if you experience the same issues.

You should also try removing the SD card and SIM card and see if it still happens.

If so, run a software repair using Xperia Companion.
